Today I have started to create an artist research sheet on gerhard richter. I decided to do a sheet on him because I really love his work and I think that the sheet would look really cool next to my work in my exhibition. I created the piece using acrylic paint and a palette knife. I am really happy with the outcome of this piece however I don't think I matched the piece I was looking at really well. This is because it was hard to blend the 100% correct colours so a lot of the colours where slightly off. I'm still happy with the piece and think the colours compliment my 'rusty' project very well. Today I also created a page in my sketchbook on the research I collected whilst in York. I stuck all the images down however I had too many pictures so I created a little pouch for more of my images to fit into.
