Home research FMP 6/3/16

Today I decided to do some artist research. I wanted to look deeper into an artist Claire mentioned to me called Richard diebencorn. He is an abstract painter, who encourporates a lot of shapes and structure into his work. I particularly like his paintings that look similar to buildings because I love how different and interesting they are. 

I've taken a real liking to his art work and have been trying to create my own pieces that look similar. I like the bright colours and the very vague objects.
