Today I've been doing a lot of experimenting. This has involved me printing out lots of images and sticking them into my sketchbook ready for me to work off and also me creating samples on materials and practicing techniques. I've printed images of graffiti to try and recreate the scribble effect in my work and also looked closer into bricks for the texture side of things. I have been practicing painting on different mediums such as card, handmade paper, foil, tissue, egg shells etc.. To decide which outcome I prefer. I wanted to show some development work in my sketchbook. I have then practiced painting over collaged paper and sticking collaged paper over paint to decide which overall look I prefer. I've decided I'm my final piece I will be using both techniques because they're both equally as effective.
